They started off talking about the difference between a dynamic teacher and a dull one, and the importance of making meaningful connections. They also highlighted reading people, preparing for an interview, and having a likability factor.
Next, they touched on communication at home and work, and the importance of not reacting. Marc encouraged us to be present and sincere with people. He shared about his fastest interview that he got hired, and how he was asked to speak to an economics class. He then told us to build people up instead of tearing them down.
