Lynn and LoriLori and Lynn Nadeau spoke about life experiences and assignments for the Good Life segment.  They talked about help with your assignment and how to live it, before Lori pointed out the importance of knowing what it is.  “What you love most is a clue to your assignment,” she said.  We then heard from Paul Jamilkowski of PJam Fitness for Getting Strong.  He talked about giving your body time to recuperate when you’re not at the gym.
