On today’s Recovery now, Jen Lever from Recovery Now, joined Lori to discuss The Process of Thinking & The Power of Choosing. They started off talking about how amazing our brains are, and how we’re in control of our outcomes. They continued talking about the victory we already have in Christ, our belief systems, and how our brains are designed for recovery.
Next, they highlighted how our consciousness affects our behaviors, how science explains what already exists, and how we can align to it to find healing.
