On today’s Musings with Marnie, Marnie Wells from Gilead’s Balm joined Lori for a delightful conversation about strong women and the misconceptions surrounding them. They highlighted the Proverbs 31 women and the power a strong woman has in choosing well.
Next, They shared examples of strong women from the Bible, and the motives strong women live by. They also talked about how strong women know how to follow instructions, and their foundation is they fear the Lord. They then touched on the misconceptions of strong women being intimidating.
Marnie then told us a strong woman is self-aware and isn’t afraid to reveal her feelings, but she’s wise when she does. She’s also perseveres, doesn’t allow others to define her, handles adversity, has confident humility, and the contrast of weak women. Finally, Marnie encouraged women who are alone to pair up with someone from church who is wise. Listen in and hear more about it.
