Paul JamilkowskiWe were joined by Paul Jamilkowski of PJam Fitness for Getting Strong.  Paul talked to us about where to start when setting goals.  He gave us some tips on how to get healthy.  He and Lori talked about his time on the wrestling team and they discussed metabolisms.  “Start with something consistent,” he told us.  Tune in to hear more.
