On today’s Musings with Marnie, Lori and Marnie started off talking about how we can make an imprint with our life. This show was dedicated in loving memory of Marnie’s mom, Lydia Chase, who recently passed at the ripe age of 99.9.

“God is so good.” was Her mother’s daily quote.

They talked about how Marnie’s mom was a woman of contentment, even in difficult times and being intentional. They continued talking about how everyone has seasons. Then Marnie shared one of her own writings, “A Hug, Just Cause”.

“Help me to see people” said Marnie, as a prayer she often asks the Lord. She told us about her mom’s life and the gift of time. Lori read a touching Facebook post from Marnie’s daughter, Lydia as she reminisced about her beloved grandmother. Marnie shared how it was hard to bereave a woman like her mother who had a love for the Lord. She then read her one of her son Hudson’s memories entitled “Humps and Bumps.” Finally, they talked about living in awe and wonder and making a mark.
