Posted By: lorilynngreene On:

On today’s Samaritan Truth, Tony Pellitier joined Lydia and Lori to talk about loving your enemies. The conversation started with a story of how Lydia’s home church grew into the thriving gathering it is today. She shared the stages they went through as a church and how they learned to make room for God to move.

Next Tony joined in and shared about the difference between a brick wall vs a stone wall, to illustrate how God builds. He continued to tell us about being lively stones and members of one body. Then he added the importance of organic growth as opposed to natural growth.

The conversation continued about how culture is changing and so are the value of church relationships, but not as a replacement to our connection with God. Tony brought out the importance of loving our enemies and learning how to deal with conflicts. All agreed it wasn’t about being right, but to finding truth.  Finally, they addressed some listener Facebook comments regarding the show. Listen in an hear more about it.
