On today’s Storm Chasing, Ron Moore, Jr, from The Storm Warning, joined Lori to talk about hurricanes Harvey and Irma. Ron told us we are in a pattern that is perfect for hurricanes. He gave his prediction for where they could hit, and he told us Harvey could be catastrophic, expanding to a large area. Possible bridges, highways washed out, and power outages, with no way for drainage, causing flooding. Surrounding areas may just be a tropical storm. He gave us highlights from past storms that left destruction.

Next, Ron told us www.intellicast.com and the National Weather Service has some of the best weather models to follow. Ron expounded about the difference between a typical storm and epic storms in history. A comparison was also brought up about the difficulty of accurately predicting this storm, and how Climate Change is portrayed more definite. Ron Added how some people say weather and climate are different, though he disagrees.  Finally, they touched on being prepared. Listen in and hear more about it.
