Today, on Personal Safety, Master trainer of Defensive Strategies, Bob Boilard, joined Lori to discuss How To Identify A Bad Guy And Use Pepper Spray. They started off talking about Bob’s extensive background, and his affiliation with InfraGard. They continued about the 4 stages of a crime.
Next, Lori shared a personal story of almost being a victim. Then Bob gave us statistics of women and violent crime, and told us about reading body language and using our instincts, and using pepper spray.
