Today on It’s A Wonderful Life, Coach, Speaker, and Executive Director of The John Maxwell Team, Marc Major joined Lori to discuss how Great Leaders make tough Decisions. They started off talking about the importance of communication, especially listening. Marc told us 70% of people quit jobs due to their manager. They also told us leaders need to get comfortable with the uncomfortable, communicate vision, admit when adjustments are needed.
Next, they discussed three things leaders understand to make tough decisions. Also, that they need to be courageous and inspirational if they want people to follow them. They then told us two visions causes division, and that motive matters, and it should be a win, win. Finally, Marc gave a testimony about a client he helped advance his career.
