They started off talking about seeking wise counsel from wise people, surrounding yourself with the right people, and how business owners can lead their organizations better. Marc told us why to seek input from those we lead, the importance of praying and being present.
Next, they shared about having a carefree attitude for better problem solving, allowing those you may not think have answers talk, and identifying talent when hiring to prevent problems. Marc highlighted Bill Belichick’s system of finding talent and developing people.
