On today’s Storm Chasing, Ron and Lori started the show talking about the extreme weather forecast coming up the coast. They recorded and posted this portion of the broadcast on Facebook Live. The conversation continued with the history of Matthew Fontaine, who discovered the pathways of the sea.
Ron then talked about his next storm chasing trip and plans to bring new people with him. They continued with a comparison of real storm chasing and how it was portrayed in the movie Twister. They offered an idea for wayward kids to take a storm chasing trip to help them through struggles, and how his son was impacted by them in his life.
In the final segment, Lynn Nadeau called in from Florida to ask Ron about the snow because she had a flight the following day. Ron mentioned how we need to encourage better understanding of weather, science, and history. He then told us about Judith Curry, an esteemed meteorologist and climatologist who was recently pushed out of office due to her discovery of the fraud of Climate Change.
