Today on It’s A Wonderful Life, Coach, Speaker, and Executive Director of The John Maxwell Team, Marc Major, joined Lori to discuss Putting people in The Right Position. They started off talking about different personalities of workers, and how there’s a place for everyone, introverted or extroverted. They added about knowing those who work for you, being willing to train them, and not firing them too soon.
Next, They told us to be accountable to God in leading others, because his goal is loving God and loving people. Marc also told us to know what we’re looking for in workers, and how upper level leaders need personal development to lead well.
