On today’s It’s A Wonderful life, Coach, Speaker and Executive Director of The John Maxwell Team, Marc Major, joined Lori to discuss Leadership Qualities Part 4: Initiative, Listening, Passion. They started off talking about how life is not stagnant, but more like a moving river. They told us that initiative requires action, risks and mistakes, which are really opportunities. They also talked about attitude, having a coach or mentor, and the process of drawing out the answers we have within us.
Next, they discussed active listening, hearing from God, hearing from the right people. They also highlighted the importance of passion being even more desirable than education alone.
