On today’s It’s A Wonderful Life, Coach, Speaker & Executive Director of The John Maxwell Team, Marc Major, joined Lori to discuss Leadership Qualities Part 2: Communication, Competence, Courage. They started off talking about Communication and John Maxwell’s book, Everyone Communicates, Few Connect. They expounded how good communication is concise communication, and it isn’t divisive. Also, how it should encourage action.

Next, They talked about competence, working to be your best. they highlighted Benjamin Franklin and his minimal education, and they gave some keys to cultivate competence. Then they discussed courage, and being willing to take a risk, fighting our inward battles. Then Marc told us about Franklin Roosevelt’s Fireside Chats and how they gave people courage.
