Today on Recovery Now, Jen Lever from Recovery Now joined Lori to discuss Faith in Recovery, and the benefits of being in God’s presence. They started off talking about our mindset, humility, and knowing our need of God who can restore us. Jen told us about counterfeit highs vs God’s spiritual high, and how we can be still to listen to His voice.
Next, they continued about the importance of how we see God, and they shared multiple Scripture references about faith. Jen then told us how her son was afraid of relapsing, and how a friend, Robin Solomon, was saved when she was in a crack house years ago. Finally, Jen prayed for us. Listen in and hear more about it!
