They started off talking about our ability to lead depends on our character, how you develop yourself on the inside, based on your values. They added about intent, humility and not doing things for selfish gain.
Next, they highlighted how we’re all leaders somewhere, and how a title doesn’t determine this as much as who steps up to the plate. They talked about the importance of doing the right thing, having right motives, and God’s pattern for character. They continued about being authentic, focusing on important things.
