On today’s Recovery Now, Jen and Lori Started off talking about getting a hold of how we think. Jen shared how we cause ourselves chaos, and she used an example of the Sower and The Seed, and how the cares of this world choke out the good. They continued telling us how at first we GET excited about change, but knowing “why” will help us when the excitement wears off.
Next the ladies discussed how to make a commitment to recovery instead of going by our feelings. Jen then shared about the damage Alzheimer’s patients have in their brains. “Choices bring blessing or curses” said Jen. Then she talked about how we’re not supposed to live from crisis to crisis.
