Paul JamilkowskiWe talked to Paul Jamilkowski of PJam Fitness this morning for Getting Strong.  He talked Lori and Lynn about how regular exercise affects certain aspects of your life.  He spoke about how exercise affects your emotions and it can help to regulate your moods.  We heard about confidence building and preventative measures against emotional hardships.  We also heard about how Paul handles training people at different levels.
