We were joined this morning by Paul Jamilkowski of PJam Fitness. He started off by telling us about how he arrived at the place where he is and he explained how he tends to train people. He shared with us about how important it is to work out with a personal trainer. Finally, he told us about areas where he has seen progress with his clients and told us about how he is different from other exercise programs.
Pastor Ron Moore joined Lori this morning. He told us about chasing storms, which is now a hobby that he is involved in with his family. He talked about his optimism for the future and discussed the importance of pursuing your calling. He shared the story about how he got involved in storm chasing and they talked about the benefits of being yourself.
Rich Girard joined us for the last segment of this week’s broadcast to discuss his campaign for School Board At Large.
