Posted By: On:

Lynn and Lori(Segment One) For this morning’s Good LifeLynn talked to us about United Cry, which is a conference that she went to in Washington DC over the weekend.  They spoke about some of the profound moments that occurred and shared the significance behind the location that the event was held.  We heard about subjective morality as well.

(Segment Two) Lori spoke to us about transitions.  “What threatens your joy today?” she wondered aloud.  She pointed out that some things that are lost can only be found in God.

(Segment Three at 40:12) We were joined by Paul Jamilkowski of PJam Fitness for Getting Strong.  He spoke to us about how exercise can impact high blood pressure.  We heard about the differences between complex carbs and simple carbs.  We also heard about a girth measurement and skin fold assessments.  Finally, they spoke about the benefits that women receive from working out.
