Protecting Your vision

Today on The Good Life, Advancement Strategist and Coach Trainer from  www.AlphaAdvancementStrategies.com, Lori Lynn Greene, shared about Protecting Your Vision. She started off talking about our outlook on life,  growth and learning, and how there are no two visions are alike. She highlighted mistakes we can make, like letting discouragement in, denying where we really are, or dwelling on the past. Also,  how to get back on track so we don’t prevent our progress.

Next, Lori told us how procrastination can kill our vision, and our need to take care of ourselves, not waiting for things to happen, but proactively taking action. She then warned us not to allow the opinions of others to affect us, but consider how God thinks about us. She encouraged us not to focus on what’s wrong, realize we are not our feelings, and instead focus on what’s right. Also, not to compare ourselves with others, and that we don’t need to ask permission or to apologize for our vision. Listen in and hear more about it!

Developing Confidence

Today on The Good Life, Advancement Strategist and Coach Trainer from  www.AlphaAdvancementStrategies.com, Lori Lynn Greene, shared about Developing Confidence. She started off talking about how we have many sides to us, and how becoming more confident has less to do with our level of  intelligence and abilities then our self-perception. She defined confidence, and explained how it differs from self-confidence.

Next, Lori highlighted the things that diminish our confidence, and how to realize when we lack confidence by the language we use. She gave an example of how she helped a client learn how to be confident. Then she talked about limiting beliefs, and the pride of overconfidence. Practice Makes Progress

Today on The Good Life, Advancement Strategist and Coach Trainer from  www.AlphaAdvancementStrategies.com, Lori Lynn Greene, shared how Practice makes progress. She started off talking about the things that hinder our progress, having a lack mentality, and how we need to want to make progress. She added the need for having a vision, writing it, and seeing the greatest potential for your life.

Next, Lori highlighted the importance of having a strategic plan, setting some goals, and focusing on what will help, not hinder your progress. She continued about how to execute your plan well with wisdom, and reading and immersing yourself in it the success principles that work for others. Finally, she encouraged us with the 3 P’s; Patience, Perseverance, and Practice, and emphasized how we need faith. Listen in and hear more about it!

The Philosophy And Attitude of A Leader

On today’s It’s A Wonderful Life, Coach, Speaker, and Executive Director of The John Maxwell Team, Marc Major, joined Lori to discuss The Philosophy and Attitude of A Leader. They started off talking about Jim Rohn’s influence on successful people, the importance of how we think, and our beliefs and values. They also added examples of the outcomes we get from them.

Next, they talked about how our attitude drives our behavior, and the importance of taking small steps everyday. Also, that it’s okay to think big, as long as we implement smart in our goals. They continued about the patience it requires to build maturity, which is being clear about what we value and who we are authentically. Finding Your Voice

Today on The Good Life, Advancement Strategist and Coach Trainer from www.AlphaAdvancementStrategies.com, Lori Lynn Greene, shared about Finding Your Voice. She started off defining the word voice, and encouraged us to discover who we really are and have the courage to be it. She then told us to journal to help us through the process, and the importance of finding our voice instead of being an echo of someone else. She added how it can be bitter sweet to realize we’ve wasted time, but also how God redeems our time. “There’s still hope”, said Lori. “You can find your voice!”

Next, Lori told us to discover how we’re uniquely made, to know what God says about us, and work within his order and limitlessness in Christ. She expounded about the quality of life he designed us for, his potential in us, and how he completes us. She then highlighted questions we can ask ourselves, realizing God is not withholding anything from us, and how to minimize the trial and error way the world does things. She told us it’s important to find out why we’re here and why it matters. Finally,  she challenged us to think about how we could make a difference in the world starting where we are, and be brave when it’s seems scary. Listen in and hear more about it!

 

How to Reboot Your Life

Today on The Good Life, Advancement Strategist and Coach Trainer of AlphaAdvancementStrategies.com, Lori Lynn Greene, shared How To Reboot Your Life. She started off telling us it’s a good time for a fresh start, and gave an analogy of how a garden is planned and planted. She also defined “Reboot” as a new beginning, talked about how things can get away from us, and how to process them to bring us more of what we want and less of what we don’t want.

Next, Lori told us discipline builds character. She added how we can get through transitions, move out of ruts and get re-inspired. She then told us where inspiration really comes from, and how it helps the process of rebooting our lives in a variety of areas: career, health, finances, relationships, and downtime. She encouraged us to stop making excuses, and start getting our life in order to experience the fulfillment we desire. Listen in and hear more about it!

Light Yourself on Fire And Write A Vision Statement

On today’s It’s a Wonderful Life, Coach, Speaker and Executive Director of The John Maxwell Team, Marc major, joined Lori to discuss how to light yourself on fire and write a vision statement. They started off talking about finding purpose in what you’re created to do, and how our passion is contagious. “Everyone wants to be part of something great!”, said Marc, as he told us how to get out of our funk and find the reason for what we want to do.

Next, Marc shared how he has a word for every year. This year’s is “Encouragement”. He and Lori then highlighted the importance of spiritual growth, how not to have wishy-washy goals, and the stepping stones to build confidence. They expounded about seasons in our life, finding real purpose, and as coaches, helping people discover what’s already in them. Marc continued telling us the power of writing down our goals without distractions, and pausing to reflect on them. Finally, he told us how he makes a vision statement. Greater Awareness of What’s Inside of You

On today’s It’s A Wonderful Life, Coach, Speaker & Executive Director of The John Maxwell Team, Marc Major, joined Lori to discuss a greater awareness of what’s inside of you. They started off talking about letting life happen to us or learning to direct our lives. Marc added how we were created to for if we don’t lose ourselves, learn to think, and know our strengths.

Next, Marc encouraged us to think about what we’re good at, not worrying about what other people think, and breaking through life’s delays. They then highlighted how we can learn from other people’s wisdom and experience, then take action with faith. Also, how to break out of our love for comfort, not being afraid to fail and learning from our mistakes.
