On today’s It’s A Wonderful Life, Coach, Speaker & Executive Director of The John Maxwell Team, Marc Major, joined Lori to talk about how leaders promote teamwork. They started off talking about the importance of a positive attitude using the analogy of paying music together. Then Marc told us what makes up a winning team. He added the need for chemistry, and knowing the goal is more important than each person’s role.
