(Segment One) We were joined this morning by Bob Boilard of Defensive Strategies for Personal Safety. He, Lori and Lynn began by talking about different threat levels. He told us what criminals look for and pointed out what we should look for to avoid criminal activity.
(Segment Two) We heard more about situational awareness in this segment. Lori cautioned against being ultra-focused and we heard about reading body language. They spoke about victimization and Bob instructed the listeners to trust their instincts.
