Lori and JennLori spoke this morning with Jenn Lever of Little Leapers and Knowledge Keepers for Recovery Now.  They talked about conflicts and Jenn shared that if you’re not at peace with something you’re probably being driven by fear.  They talked about reacting compared to responses, before Paul Jamilkowski, owner of PJam Fitness, came to the microphone for Getting Strong.  Paul talked about utilizing an intermittent fasting schedule.  Tune in to become better informed.
