On today’s It’s a Wonderful Life, Coach, Speaker and Executive Director of The John Maxwell Team, Marc major, joined Lori to discuss how to light yourself on fire and write a vision statement. They started off talking about finding purpose in what you’re created to do, and how our passion is contagious. “Everyone wants to be part of something great!”, said Marc, as he told us how to get out of our funk and find the reason for what we want to do.
Next, Marc shared how he has a word for every year. This year’s is “Encouragement”. He and Lori then highlighted the importance of spiritual growth, how not to have wishy-washy goals, and the stepping stones to build confidence. They expounded about seasons in our life, finding real purpose, and as coaches, helping people discover what’s already in them. Marc continued telling us the power of writing down our goals without distractions, and pausing to reflect on them. Finally, he told us how he makes a vision statement.
