On today’s It’s A Wonderful Life, Coach, Speaker, and Executive Director of The John Maxwell Team, Marc Major, joined Lori to discuss leadership Qualities Part 6: Responsibility, Security, Self-Discipline. They started off talking about Marc’s return from a John Maxwell event where he met people from all over the world. They highlighted how to be responsible in serving those you work with, rather than blaming them when things don’t go well. They also talked about being accountable, putting ourselves in their shoes and setting a pattern for growth.
Next they covered Security vs insecurity. Marc told us about his experiences managing stores, prioritizing and delegating and being secure enough not to care who gets credit.
