Today on It’s A Wonderful Life, Coach, Speaker, and Executive Director of The John Maxwell Team, Marc Major, joined Lori to discuss how Great Teams Accomplish More. They started off talking about the importance of letting team members know they’re valued and appreciated, and support and trust them to do their job. They told us not to blame, ridicule, or talk down to people, but have humility and use wisdom dealing with them.
Next, they talked about the importance of connection, giving people chances, and being willing to coach and mentor people to share different perspectives. Marc told us we’re all in sales, so it’s necessary to know the mission and shared values, so everyone can align to it.
