On today’s It’s A Wonderful Life, Coach, Speaker, and Executive Director of The John Maxwell Team, Marc Major joined Lori to discuss how Great Leaders Handle Adversity. They started off talking about being prepared when adversity comes, and the learning opportunities in them. Marc shared a John Maxwell Quote, “Sometimes you win, sometimes you learn”, and encouraged us to be aware of defining moments.
Next, they highlighted great leaders in history, and how they brought hope to people in difficult times. They also talked about being prepared in advance, not to be perfect, and remembering past successes. Marc gave an analogy of learning to play and instrument, and how we all have different gifts.
