Getting Strong Recap

Paul Jamilkowski(Segment One) We were joined this morning by Paul Jamilkowski of PJam Fitness for Getting Strong.  He, Lori and Lynn discussed being active and healthy.  We heard about how exercise can help to reduce stress levels.  We also learned about some of the benefits of having a personal trainer.  Finally, we learned about addictions.

 

(Segment Two) We continued with Paul for a second segment.  they spoke about working out with others compared to working out by yourself.  We heard about being mentally focused, the effect of exercise on other areas of your life, stress eating and more.
