(Segment One) Jen Lever and Laura Coleman told us about some studies done with a rat that brought to light some important, interesting information concerning drug-related mindsets. They talked about what could be done to approach the issue of addiction differently.
(Segment Two) Combating drug addiction isn’t a one man job, it’s a team effort. In this segment they discussed how to get out of the addiction and pointed out why people get involved in drugs. They shared about our identity and its role in the problem.
(Segment Three) Ileana Valentine, who is the Director of the woman’s prison ministry at Valley Street Jail, joined us and shared about some of the successes that she has seen within the prison. She described some of what she does and how she encourages the prisoners. Tune in to hear more about it.
